British singer Susan Boyle made a surprise appearance on the finale of the British show "Britain's Got Talent" to announce that she suffered a minor stroke in April of last year.
Susan returned to the stage to sing her experimental song with the West End team and also joined the acting team to perform in "Can You Hear the People Sing?".

After the performance, Susan said, "It feels great to be here. It means a lot to me. I suffered a minor stroke in April and struggled to return to the stage, but I did it."

Judge Simon Cowell said, "Susan, we owe you so much. I knew you weren't feeling well, but if someone was going to come back, it was going to be you. It wouldn't be the same without you."
Susan shocked fans in 2009 when she auditioned for "Britain's Got Talent" and jumped to fame in the talent show, earning a net income of over £20 million ($25 million).
Since finishing second in the talent show presented by Simon Cowell, she has set a record for the best-selling album ever in the UK and has also starred in prominent TV movies, according to the British Daily Mail newspaper.
